Regiam, vocari hanc herbam, quia evulsa fuerit iussu D. Helenae Crucis inventricis, ut habet Macer in Aqua Benedicta: cum Latini hyssopô in eum sinem utantur. De eodem Ocymo, scribit Aristoteles Probl. L. Electrum omnia attrahere ocymô excpptô: Sed falsum id esse, neque electro seu succino ipsum ocymum rcsistere, docet Athanas.
